I always have a bottle of water in my car, it stays nice and cold all winter and I keep a bottle on my desk. When I am out to eat at a restaurant, I always opt for water. If you want flavor and sweet, just add lemon and a little splenda and it taste like lemon aide. Nothing quenches your thirst like water!!!!!

I love to shop the thrift stores so I bought a pretty glass pticher with a matching glass. Each day I fill the pitcher with water and use my pretty glass to down my day's ration. It not only helps to see the pitcher go empty, but the glass makes each drink elegant and special! (I also keep a refillable water bottle in each of our cars for water on the go.)

I not only need to lose some weight, but also have had bowel troubles since I was a child. I take fiber capsules daily and so I lay 12 out each morning and throughout the day when I am hungry, or thirsty, I will swallow one capsule with an 8 oz glass of water. By bedtime, I have fulfilled my water requirement, as well as making certain my fiber needs are met. The bonus is I have no interest in snacks all day!

I also take a bottle of water with me everywhere I go (even restaurants). I have a cute holster, a gift that my friend Janet brought back from a trip to Peru, that I use when exercising so my hands will be free.

I keep it simple -- I make sure to fill up gallon-sized jugs of water a few times a week and keep them around the house. Each day I start on a new jug of water to be sure I am drinking a whole gallon before the day is over. The best way to remind myself to keep hydrated is to look in the mirror! I remember each time I see my reflection that water is the best way to keep my skin looking it's best!
